• Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  Before 5.00 pm, luggage storage is permitted but WITHOUT guarantee that the room will be ready to be used.
  Luggage deposit is permitted from 10.30 until 12:30 on the day of arrival, ONLY upon notice, at least one day before.
   

• Late Check-in: Late check-in is possible only if IT IS communicated in advance, except FROM EXCEPTIONAL OCCURRING EVENTS which should however be communicated promptly. In case of not communicated late check- in, entry is possible UPON the payment of a€10,00 penalty , but not later than 9.00 pm.
   

• Check-out: by 10.30 am
   

• Late Check-out: Late check-out is allowed, UPON REQUEST AND AVALIABILITY, until 1.30 pm, payng an extra fee of €20.00.
   

• Parking: Free public parking is available in the street area, without extra charge and reservation.
   

• Secured car park: Walking distance secured car park (150 mt) :24H parking is available for a maximum daily fee of € 8,00 per car.

• Credit card provided: The credit card you provide is only required to secure the booking. No charge will be carried out on your credit card, unless you have booked a special discounted prepaid room. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the card provided through pre-authorization.
   

• Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge ONLY BEFORE seven days FROM The check-in date booked. Otherwise, you will be charged with the full amount of the reservation on the credit card you provided as guarantee.
   

• No-Show: In case of non-submission, according to the terms and conditions stated above, you will be charged with the full amount of your reservation on the credit card you provided as guarantee.
   

• Payement methods: Credit card accepted (Visa, Mastercard and related circuits) and advance transfer payment of the entire amount of the stay. Checks are not accepted.
   

• Breakfast: Italian breakfast, optional and with an extra cost of €10.00 per person per day, is served in a dedicated area from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. before 08.30 am you can enjoy the breakfast service in a walking distance renowned bar / pastry shop (100 mt) from our property. In this case a special voucher will be provided to show to the bar counter.
  Continental breakfast is available upon request at the moment of the online booking or, in exceptional cases, upon express request during the check-in procedure for an additional charge.
  Gluten-free or dairy-free breakfast is available upon request at the moment of online booking or, in exceptional cases, upon express request during the check-in procedure for an additional charge.

• In the event that breakfast cannot be served on site for any reason, the service will still be guaranteed via the voucher mentioned above.
   

• Breakfast room service: No room service is provided, except for exceptional cases or special promotions relating to the occupied room.
   

• Smoking area: There is no smoking area. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
   

• Animals: any kind an animal is not allowed.
   

• Use of the kitchen: Use of the kitchen is not allowed except for special requests and under certain conditions of occupancy of the facility.
   

• Wi-Fi: Broadband Internet access wi-fi is free and it is available throughout the hotel
   

• Damage: In case of voluntary or unintentional damage caused in the rooms or in the common areas and communicated during the stay, immediate compensation shall be provided, including any work required to fix it. If damage is not disclosed, a charge on the credit card provided as guarantee of the reservation will be made, copies of the invoices for the expenses incurred by the Manager of the facility will be send to the Guest,.
   

• Maps:A mapped paper guide will be provided to our guests for free, during the check-in procedure. Inside there are numerous and useful information about what our territory offers and how to enjoy it.
   

• Tourist tax: € 2,00 per day per person, payment in cash during the check-in procedure, until fourth day. After is free.
